"I have a 2003 Ford Excursion that was lifted by another shop in town. Needless to say I was not happy whatsoever. I wandered into to have them remove the lift as the truck was not even drivable. They convinced me to give them a shot at fixing my vibrations, I was reluctant due to the fact I had already been to 4 other shops including the dealer, with no luck, just more expense. Nick in the shop, went out to drive my truck and after about 30 minutes he found the problem. It seems that my truck should have had a proper driveline modification after being lifted. Not even the lift manufacturer or the original garage recommended this. They had a new driveshaft made and did some adjustments and bam, my Excursion drives awesome. The only thing I regret is not having them build it the first time. That would have saved me a lot of headache, aggravation and of course extra expenses! I learned the hard way that you definitely get what you pay for in this world! Thanks Nick, I am sure to recommend you to everybody I see." - Billy

I had originally planned on getting a front strut spacer, but Ralph patiently went over all of the options with me and told me about Bilstein. "Installed on a 1/2 ton truck. Well constructed components and relatively easy to install. No missing parts and thorough instruction manual. Took about 3 hours and basic hand tools to install. A definite improvement when pulling my 30' travel trailer. Would definitely recommend."

I was hesitant because of the price but after installing in the performance mode and the first drive, I knew for the money you could not get more power dollar for dollar. And you don’t even get your hands dirty. I have not tried it in fuel save mode or the tow mode because the performance mode is great."
